Standardized. Self Supported. Built for Mission Critical Power.

The RoXteel Modular Plenum System is a standardized, self supported generator discharge system built in repeatable 20 foot modules for mission critical projects. Divorced from the genset enclosure and compatible with most MW class gensets, the core system remains consistent while project specific interface details are addressed where required.

Designed as infrastructure, not an afterthought. The system manages radiator discharge while providing the structural support, repeatability, and site predictability required for mission critical standby power.

How the Modular Plenum System Works

Modular Configuration

20 foot sections stack into 40 and 60 foot plenum towers. Engineered straddle configurations support taller 80 and 100 foot applications where required.

Explore Tower Configurations

Genset Compatibility

Designed for most industrial scale and MW class gensets, including CAT, Generac, Rolls-Royce / MTU Solutions, Cummins, and Rehlko, among others.

Compatible with most industrial-scale / MW-class / high-capacity gensets. Manufacturer names are used for reference; RoXteel does not imply formal OEM endorsement.

Structure & Engineering

Prefabricated structural steel frame clad with metal deck. Engineered for applicable IBC / ASCE 7 loading, self supported construction, and PE stamped drawings licensed as needed by project.

10X Faster Erection

A standardized modular system built for controlled, predictable site assembly — far faster than conventional site built discharge infrastructure.

Deliver Pick Bolt Repeat

RoXteel supports installation with project specific drawings, pick plans, weights, rigging information, and dedicated project management.

Built for Schedule Certainty

Standard Production
6 to 9 Months

Typical standard lead time across configurations. Made to order.

Inventory Program, Launching in 2027
4 to 6 Weeks

Expected lead time for inventoried standard 20 foot sections supporting towers up to 60 feet, ready for install.

Exhaust components may require longer lead times. If pre installed exhaust is required, additional lead time will apply.

Modular vs. Site Built

Two trades. Two scopes. One problem.

The conventional plenum becomes an afterthought split across structural and mechanical scopes. RoXteel consolidates it into one standardized, self-supported system.

RoXteel Modular
Conventional Site Built
Scope
One supplier, one defined scope — structure and discharge together.
Split across structural steel and mechanical / sheet metal scopes.
Support
Self-supported, engineered to IBC / ASCE 7 wind, seismic, snow, and ice.
Often relies on a structural screen wall or surrounding building.
Discharge Path
Integrated radiator discharge path within the modular system.
Separate sheet-metal discharge scope coordinated by another trade.
Field Work
Bolt-up assembly — about 12 exterior bolts per cube, no field fabrication.
Custom field fabrication, multiple trades, more site congestion.
Schedule
Predictable — about 2 to 3 sixty-foot towers per week once crews learn.
Weather-dependent, variable, and harder to sequence.
Exhaust
Optional preinstalled, flanged exhaust integrated at the factory.
Exhaust coordinated and installed separately on site.

Nationwide Manufacturing. Local Deployment Support.

RoXteel manufactures modular plenum systems for mission critical projects across the United States, with installation planning support that follows the system wherever it ships. In Arizona, sister company ATM Steel may provide installation subject to availability and schedule.
