Value Engineered Large Industrial Steel Assemblies
Bring us the assembly, drawing, or problem. RoXteel helps industrial teams improve, standardize, manufacture, and scale large steel assemblies for demanding applications.
What Are You Trying to Build?
RoXteel is an industrial steel assembly manufacturer and solution partner for teams building large, repeatable structures. Bring us the concept, drawing, assembly, or manufacturing problem. Start with the industry closest to what you are trying to build.

These are examples of RoXteel's manufacturing and value engineering capability, not a claim of completed project history across every assembly shown.
Bring Us the Assembly. We’ll Help Find the Better Way to Build It.
You may already have drawings. You may have an assembly being fabricated today that is too heavy, too complicated, difficult to ship, expensive to erect, difficult to repeat, or simply ready for another look. RoXteel brings Product Design and manufacturing experience into the conversation to identify practical opportunities to improve how the assembly is built.
Simplify the Build
Reduce unnecessary parts and fabrication complexity where the design allows.
Improve Manufacturability
Review the assembly around practical production and repeatable fabrication.
Reduce Weight and Cost
Look for material, construction, shipping, and erection opportunities where appropriate.
Plan for Repeatability
Improve consistency for multi-unit, multi-site, and repeat production programs.
Value Engineering That Became a Standardized System
The Modular Plenum System is the real proof of RoXteel's value engineering methodology. It began as an over-engineered approach and evolved through collaboration into a lighter, standardized, modular, self-supported, repeatable, shippable system designed for faster erection.
These outcomes prove the methodology; they do not automatically transfer numerically to every industrial assembly.
- Fewer parts
- Lower weight
- Improved manufacturability
- Repeatable production
- Simplified shipping
- Reduced site work

How RoXteel Works Through the Project
Solution Call
Understand the customer's goals, existing solution, problems, bottlenecks, ideal outcome, drawings, and project constraints.
Product Design Review
Business Development and Product Design review the available information for manufacturability, constructability, value opportunities, repeatability, and expected direction.
Design Collaboration and Refinement
When needed, RoXteel works with the customer and appropriate technical resources to answer questions and refine the direction.
Proposal and Solution Review
RoXteel presents the recommended manufacturing direction and commercial proposal with the customer.

Product Design Grounded in the Shop Floor
Product Design connects the customer's idea with the realities of fabrication, shipping, erection, repeatability, and cost.
Jacob Marx, Product Design Manager, brings approximately eight years of progression from welder and CNC operator into shop leadership and Product Design, grounding design decisions in production-floor reality.
- Focused internal Product Design function
- One coordinator and one drawing-review resource
- Outside engineering sources, 3D modelers, and drafters used when appropriate
Built Around the Assembly, Not a Fixed Catalog
Assembly Scale
RoXteel can evaluate assemblies ranging from partial truckload structures through legal truckload and oversize modular assemblies. Final transport strategy depends on the actual project.
Cross-Industry Structures
Lifting frames and spreader beams, transport frames for oversized equipment, and other large fabricated structures where RoXteel's manufacturing and value engineering approach fits.
Skid Structures
Current RoXteel skid scope primarily means the structural steel frame. Electrical equipment, wiring, controls, process piping, pressure piping, and complete mechanical integration are outside the standard scope unless specifically confirmed for a project.
Built in Arizona. Supporting Industrial Projects Nationwide.
RoXteel manufactures from the All Things Metal industrial campus in Wittmann, Arizona and supports large industrial projects across the United States. A national industrial manufacturer based in Arizona, not a local fabrication shop that happens to ship.
