Data Center Steel Infrastructure & Modular Assemblies
RoXteel manufactures structural steel assemblies for data center power, cooling, utility and equipment infrastructure, plus the standardized Modular Plenum System for mission-critical standby power. Built in Arizona for projects nationwide.
Steel Assemblies for Data Center Power, Cooling & Utility Infrastructure
RoXteel manufactures repeatable structural steel for data center power, cooling, utility and equipment systems, with Product Design support for manufacturing, transportation and deployment.

Power & Electrical Infrastructure
Structural steel supporting the power and electrical systems deployed across data center campuses.
- Electrical equipment skid frames
- Modular power room and e-house frames
- BESS container support frames
- Elevated platforms and straddle frames

Cooling & Mechanical Infrastructure
Structural steel supporting cooling and mechanical equipment across large data center facilities.
- Mechanical equipment dunnage frames
- Cooling plant structural skid frames
- Equipment support structures

Utility & Site Infrastructure
Structural assemblies connecting equipment, utilities and access throughout the data center site.
- Pipe and utility racks
- Access platforms
- Stairs and catwalks
- Oversized equipment transport frames
Built Around the Assembly, the Site & the Delivery Plan
Assembly size is considered together with fabrication, transportation, site access and installation sequence. RoXteel plans the build around how the structure ultimately needs to reach the project.
Smaller structural assemblies can ship efficiently as part of a truckload.
Larger assemblies can be planned around permitted transportation, modular shipment or a project-specific transport strategy.
Where the assembly allows, design can work around approximately:
These are planning references, not published manufacturing limits. Final size and transportation strategy depend on the assembly and project.

Bring the Drawing. The Assembly. Or the Problem.
RoXteel reviews existing assemblies and concepts for opportunities around manufacturability, weight, cost, repeatability, shipping and site installation. The goal is to find a better way to build when one exists.
- Simplify the assembly
- Improve manufacturability
- Reduce unnecessary weight and cost
- Plan for repeatable production
- Improve shipping strategy
- Reduce site work where practical

A Standardized Modular Plenum System for Data Center Generators
RoXteel's patent-pending Modular Plenum System is a divorced, self-supported generator discharge structure built in standardized 20 ft sections for mission-critical standby power.
Inventory production is planned for early 2027, with an expected 4 to 6 week lead time for stocked standard sections.
Start With the Required Onsite Date
Custom steel assembly lead time is quoted by project because engineering, materials, quantity, production sequence and transportation requirements vary.
RoXteel starts with the required onsite date and works backward through design review, materials, production and transportation. Repeatable campus programs may also create opportunities to standardize assemblies across buildings, phases or locations.
Built in Arizona for Data Center Projects Nationwide
RoXteel is based in Wittmann, Arizona and supports industrial projects across the United States from the 55 acre All Things Metal campus. RoXteel's approximately 60,000 sq ft manufacturing facility is currently under construction.
