RoXteel Industrial, An All Things Metal Company
Where RoXteel Works

Manufactured in Arizona. Built for Projects Nationwide.

RoXteel Industrial manufactures the Modular Plenum System and value-engineers large industrial steel assemblies for mission-critical infrastructure. Every assembly is built at a 55-acre campus in Wittmann, Arizona, and shipped to project sites across the United States. Arizona is the manufacturing base — not the only place RoXteel can support a project.

The Arizona Manufacturing Base

RoXteel's manufacturing operations are centered at 19500 W Jomax Rd, Wittmann, AZ 85361, a growing 55-acre All Things Metal campus in the West Valley, Phoenix metropolitan area. The campus brings together fabrication, assembly, Product Design, and project coordination under one industrial ecosystem. Every plenum system, equipment frame, skid base, pipe rack, and structural assembly RoXteel ships anywhere in the country is manufactured in Arizona.

What RoXteel Can Build Nationwide

A capability list, not a catalog. RoXteel matches the assembly to the market — data center steel for data center markets, mining structures for mining markets, energy infrastructure for energy markets. Product Design reviews each assembly for manufacturability, weight, cost, and constructability.

Product Design & Value Engineering

Value engineering is the process of reviewing a steel assembly design to reduce cost, improve manufacturability, and maintain or improve performance. RoXteel's Product Design function reviews each assembly for manufacturability, weight, cost, and constructability, then builds it.

The process follows four steps: Call, Review, Collaborate, Proposal. For nationwide projects, this runs remotely — drawings, specifications, and requirements are exchanged by phone, email, and video conference. Manufacturing happens in Arizona after the design is finalized.

Shipping, Modularization & Project Deployment

Modularization

Assemblies engineered for repeatable production — standardized connections, optimized weldments, repeatable fixturing, and consistent quality control. The Modular Plenum System is the flagship; equipment frames, skids, and modules follow the same approach.

Shipping

Completed assemblies ship from Wittmann to project sites nationwide by highway and rail. For oversized loads, transportation planning is part of the Product Design review — the assembly is engineered to ship efficiently and legally.

Deployment

Centralized manufacturing gives multi-site and repeat programs the consistency they require — the same assembly, to the same specification, with the same quality, for every site. RoXteel does not install plenums directly; an installation guide and project support come with every shipment.

Have a Project RoXteel Can Support?

Bring RoXteel the drawing, assembly, concept, or manufacturing problem. Product Design reviews it for manufacturability, weight, cost, and constructability, then builds it in Arizona and ships it to your project — wherever it is in the United States.
